Founders Training was established in 2017, our team is made up of a CQC registered manager, a university lecturer in nursing, business consultants and public health practitioners. Our primary mission is to develop home care managers through the provision of quality advice, training and support.
How do we achieve that? Our collective learning plans are developed with the input of consultants, healthcare experts and approved training certification partners. As such, our multi-disciplinary network allows us create the best possible registered manager training model.
